Orders
Items that are currently in stock will be shipped via UPS ground service within five business days. You will be notified immediately of any backordered items.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with any item, contact us at luxurylinensltd@aol.com within five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise stating the reason for the return. We will send a return authorization form via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of the items returned, less the cost of shipping. Returns must be unused and received in the original packaging. Items lost or damaged in transit without insurance will be the responsibility of the customer. International purchases and special orders may not be returned.
We take great care in packing and inspecting all shipments. If you should receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
Special Orders
Any of the fine linens of Sferra Bros. not offered on our web site can be purchased by special order. Contact us via e-mail at luxurylinensltd@aol.com with your special order information. We will work with you to see that you get exactly what you want. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned for any reason (except for quality reasons) once the order has been started.
Payment & Security
We gladly accept credit card payments in US Dollars (USD) through VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We use an E-commerce secure server to process your order. This means that all of your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number, cannot be read by unauthorized parties. The data is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet so that it cannot be accessed in transit. It is stored in a secure server. Nevertheless, we offer alternative ordering methods via telephone or regular mail.
Your privacy is important to us. Please be assured that all information provided will remain confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling for orders in excess of $100 within the United States is FREE. All orders under $100 will be charged a flat $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We use UPS ground service for shipping to our customers. They offer superior service and a very efficient package tracking service.
We do not ship internationally.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice if the shipping address is within New Jersey.
